Chemistry Seminar Series Speaker Oct. 5

Frank Zamborini, assistant professor at the University of Louisville, will be the next guest speaker at Illinois State University’s Chemistry Seminar Series at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, in room 225 of Julian Hall.  Admission is free.

Zamborini will present “The Chemical and Electrochemical Synthesis of Metallic Nanoparticles and Nanowires for Chemical Sensing Applications.”

A Carthage College graduate who received his Ph.d. from Texas A&M, Zamborini also did postdoctoral research at the University of North Carolina.
