Discovery Channel's "Myth Busters" at Illinois State Nov. 3

Two members of Discovery Channel’s popular television show “Myth Busters” will speak at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in Braden Auditorium at Illinois State University.  Admission is free and open to the public.

Myth Busters investigates, through experimental processes, whether popular myths are true or false.  Each week, special-effects experts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman separate truth from urban legend, by taking on three myths and, using modern-day science, show what is real and what is fiction.

Their appearance is sponsored by the University Program Board.
