Friends of Milner Library Books Sale Saturday

One of the best book-bargain days in town is coming up on Saturday, Oct. 27, when the Friends of Milner Library annual book sale takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the main floor of Milner Library.

A wide range of books has been donated to the Friends of Milner for this sale and all proceeds go toward the purchase of materials for Milner Library. Hardback books will be sold for $1 and paperbacksfor 50 cents.  Other individually priced items – DVDs, videotapes and other materials - also will be sold.

During the final hour of the book sale, patrons can fill a bag with books for $1, and they can bring their own bag.  More information on the annual book sale is available from Toni Tucker at (309) 438-7402.
