Madrigal Dinners Begin Nov. 28

Music, food, storytelling and fellowship with family and friends are the hallmarks of the annual Illinois State University Madrigal Dinners which will open its 52nd year on Wednesday, Nov. 28.

Some of the most talented students in the University’s College of Fine Arts provide outstanding musical entertainment while guests enjoy a full dinner.  Performers include ISU’s renowned Madrigal Singers, Brass Quintet, Recorder Ensemble, the Royal Court and more, performing in the Circus Room of Bone Student Center.

The Madrigal Dinners begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be presented Nov. 28 to Dec. 1 and Dec. 6, 7, 8, 13 and 14.   The Dec. 13 Madrigal Dinner will be presented at Bloomington Country Club.  Limited tickets are available for $75 by calling the College of Fine Arts office at (309) 438-8321.
