Physics Colloquium Oct. 3 to with Biology's Sedbrook

John Sedbrook, Biological Sciences, will speak on "Petroleum, Global Warming and the Future of Biofuels" at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, in Moulton 214 as part of the Department of Physics Fall Colloquium Series.

Admission is free and refreshments will be served 15 prior to his lecture in the adjoining hallway.

On Oct. 24, University of Illinois Physics Professor Paul Selvin will speak at 4 p.m. in Moulton 214 on "Single Molecule Measurements of Molecular Motors, In Vitro and In Vivo;" and Andrew McGilvray of Caterpillar, Inc., will speak Oct. 31 on a topic to be announced.
