Philosophy Alumni Talk about Business Ethics Oct. 13

Illinois State University's Philosophy department will host alumni John Carroll '76 and Scott Elliott '85 on Alumni Day. The two alums will present "Examples in Practical Business Ethics" on Friday, Oct. 13, at 3 p.m. in room 357 of the College of Business building. The presentation and open discussion is free and open to the public.

Carroll and Elliott's presentation will examine business ethics from a national and international perspective with the focus on real life examples from the speakers' experiences.

Carroll is vice president of Operations in the Life/Health area of State Farm Insurance. Elliott is senior vice president, partner and director of Asset Allocation Strategies Wellington Management Co., LLC.
