Madrigal Dinners Begin Nov. 29, Chicago Performance Slated Dec. 17

On Sunday, Dec. 17, Illinois State University's Madrigal Dinner will make its second annual Chicago appearance at Preston Bradley Hall at the Chicago Cultural Center. The 2 p.m. event is presented by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs in collaboration with a group called ChicaGourmets. Tickets are $75 and can be ordered by calling (312) 742-8497.

This year's Madrigal Dinners on campus begin Wednesday, Nov. 29, in the Circus Room in Bone Student Center. There are 6:30 p.m. dinners Nov. 29 to Dec. 2, Dec. 6 to Dec. 9 and Dec. 14 and 15. There is also a noon performance on Dec. 9. Tickets for the full dinner and performance are $35 per person and can be purchased at the Bone Student Center box office (309 438-5444), at the Center for the Performing Arts box office (309 438-2535 or through Ticketmaster.

The Madrigal Dinner also will be presented at Bloomington Country Club at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13. Tickets are $75 and available by calling the College of Fine Arts at (309) 438-8321.
