“Empire in Denial: From Human Rights Intervention to State Building”
will be the topic of a presentation by David Chandler on Wednesday, Feb. 28,
at 12 noon in Stevenson Hall Room 401. The event is free and open to the
public and a free lunch will be served.
Chandler is a professor in the Centre for the Study of Democracy at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom. His presentation is part of Illinois State University’s International Studies Seminar Series exploring topics in global politics and culture. The seminar series is organized by the Unit for International Linkages, Office of International Studies and Programs, and the Women's and Gender Studies Program.
