The fourth floor bathrooms are finished, and work has begun on the first and second floor bathrooms. The contractors are installing new piping that includes hot/cold water lines as well as sanitary and vent lines. No completion date is set for the first and second floor bathrooms.
The contractors are also making progress on the window replacements. Once the contractor has the west entrance doors completed they will begin the north entrance. After the north entrance is complete they will begin work on the south entrance, followed by the east entrance.
For Tuner Hall, the asbestos abatement contractor has completed their prep work on the south end of the 1st floor and has begun the abatement process. The electrical contractor has completed the transfer of power to the new switchgear located at the west entrance to Turner Hall and is providing temporary power to the building.
