    llinois State's Institute for Geospatial Analysis and Mapping (GEOMAP) is helping track the spread of invasive emerald ash borers in the city of Chenoa. John Kostelnick, assistant professor of geography, says the Illinois Department of Agriculture asked GEOMAP for help in developing better ways to track the spread of the insects.
